About Bill

Since moving to Vero Beach in 1987 from Pittsburgh, Bill Baysura has been a dedicated member of the community, combining his passion for business management and golf with a highly successful real estate career. A graduate of Indian River State College, Bill moved to Florida to join the golf team while pursuing a career in business management. His commitment to golf led him to graduate from the PGA Golf Professional Training Program to obtain his PGA professional membership status.

Over the course of his golf career, Bill served as a golf professional at esteemed clubs including Grand Harbor, Vero Beach Country Club, Windsor, and Orchid Island. He also held general manager positions at The Florida Club in Stuart, Clear Lake Golf Club in Houston, Texas, and was the seasonal manager at The Dorset Field Club in Vermont. Expanding his professional expertise, Bill served as golf director for Kalos Golf in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where his work took him across Europe, visiting and working in countries such as Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Scotland, and beyond.

In 2005, Bill transitioned into real estate to become a REALTOR® where he has achieved top producer status for many years. His extensive background in the golf community has given him an in-depth understanding of beachside living as well as the numerous golf club communities throughout Indian River County. In addition to being a licensed REALTOR® in Florida, Bill is a licensed North Carolina broker-in-charge.

Bill’s dedication extends beyond real estate having been recognized for his charitable contributions to the local community. He has contributed numerous volunteer hours and monetary donations to children, particularly in Fellsmere, collecting school supplies and book bags. He has also volunteered and has been a financial contributor for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.

Bill married his wife, Kelly, in 1997, who is also from Pittsburgh and currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction for the School District of Indian River County. Together, they have two children, Liam and Ava.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time in the mountains at his home on Fontana Lake in Bryson City, North Carolina.
