About Stephanie

Stephanie Knapp moved to Vero Beach with her parents, Jim and Janet, and younger brother, Hubbell, in 1986 from New Hartford, NY. 

She graduated from Saint Edwards School and went on to attend Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts, and St. Lawrence University (her dads alma mater) in Canton, New York where she double majored in art history and studio art, specifically painting and drawing.  Post college Stephanie used her art degree assisting interior designers on high end projects in Lake Placid, New York and here in Vero Beach before moving on to retail merchandising and management at Sassy Boutique on the beachside.  She absolutely loves window dressing! 

After helping her dad, top producing AMAC agent Jim Knapp, behind the scenes for years with estate clean outs and staging of client’s homes, she decided to finally partner with him making them a dynamic father/daughter real estate team.   

Stephanie’s other passions include cooking - she loves nothing more than researching recipes, shopping, and preparing a great meal for those she loves! She also loves to travel and looks forward to more trips in the future!  She loves to get outside and move - whether it’s swimming, biking, running, yoga, or her newfound love…tennis that she has taken up after 30 years! 

Stephanie feels very fortunate to have had the best of both worlds growing up in beautiful Vero Beach and spending summers at her family’s house on Big Moose Lake in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate NY.
