About Jane

Jane Johnson, a Broker Associate with Alex MacWilliam, has been opening doors in Vero Beach for over 25 years. Originally from Upper Montclair, NJ, Jane attended college in the Boston, MA area where she continued to live and work for 20 years. In 1987 she and her family discovered Vero Beach, and having determined that Vero is one of the most charming and unique seaside communities in Florida, she sought to persuade her friends to join her in the area. With continued love of the area, she began her second career in Real Estate in 1990. Specializing in Barrier Island and waterfront residences, she has been successful listing and marketing property in all of Indian River County. Jane enjoys helping her clients prepare their homes for listing and marketing by decluttering, staging and hiring professional photographers. Preplanning and executing a timely plan is key in this fast-paced ever changing market. As she considers Real Estate to be a powerful investment as well as an emotional one, Jane takes pride in making the entire experience a positive one whether working for the Seller or the Buyer. Jane is a Broker, has her GRI designation, is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and has earned her TRC (Transnational Referral Certification).
