About Beth

Born in Georgia and raised in Florida, Beth Ritter’s parents put down roots in Vero Beach when she was 5 years old. She comes from a tight-knit family with strong values. Her father, a West Point graduate, was a Project Manager with Proctor Construction for nearly 3 decades. Growing up, Beth held witness to the design and building of many of Vero Beach’s iconic landmarks and residences, such as Quail Valley River Club, Oak Harbor, the Condos on Royal Palm Pointe, and the Ocean Residences at Orchid Island. Her mother, a gifted homemaker, was always involved in volunteering for their schools and church. Her upbringing not only piqued her interest in real estate, architecture, and design; but greatly influenced her character, strong work ethic, and approach to serving people.

Beth’s curiosity and belief in lifelong learning has pulled her career in many different directions over the years. She has worked as an aesthetician, insurance agent, in tech sales, and in the dental and hospitality fields- not necessarily in that order! In 2022 she was approached by a local boutique real estate brokerage seeking an office administrator. She ended up taking on the role and was able to see first-hand how top-tier luxury agents operate their business.  Soon after in 2023, she decided it was time to become a licensed agent herself.

When not immersed in Vero’s vibrant real estate market, Beth enjoys going to concerts and museums, listening to podcasts, practicing her culinary skills, and meditation. She and her husband Ryan have 3 school-age children, and love to travel to Michigan and Cape Cod to see his family whenever they get the chance.

Since joining AMAC, Beth has thoroughly enjoyed getting to know her fellow agents, touring homes, and getting involved in the company and community however she can.
