About Maria

Maria Caldarone originally hails from Rochester, New York before her family moved, while in her teens, to Rumson, NJ where she graduated from Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School.  Maria went on to attend Monmouth University, receiving her BS in business management and then to Seton Hall Law School where she obtained her Juris Doctor law degree.  Anticipating venturing south, Maria was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992 before finally migrating to Vero Beach in 1999 with her two boys.

Almost always touched on or immersed in the real estate world throughout her career, Maria has been involved with property management, leasing, land acquisition, commercial lending, purchased companies, prepared due diligence packages, and real estate consulting.  In 2002, she became president of Homes by Calton, a small publicly trade home building company that was instrumental in building in the Riverside at Island Club, Pointe West, and Amelia Plantation.  Shifting gears in 2008, Maria left real estate temporarily to establish the Law Office of Maria Caldarone, PLLC (aka Bankruptcy Solutions Group) in addition to private practice she established a pro-bono position with Florida Rural Legal Services helping indigent clients resulting in an award from the Supreme Court of Florida.  Then, in 2014, she returned to real estate as part of a highly successful, top producing team.

Maria’s son, Anthony, graduated from John Carroll High School and then from Florida State University (FSU) with a degree in sociology and statistics and is now in the Coast Guard stationed in Charleston, South Carolina.  Her son RJ graduated from Vero Beach High School and entered the ARMY, was honorably discharged and is now living in Fort Lauderdale going to college while working.
