SALES PROMOTION AND ADVERTISING

  • Execute Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Contract.

  • Prepare Multiple Listing Profile Sheet.

  • Distribute MLS Profile Sheet to all members of Alex MacWilliam, Inc. REALTORS® sales staff.

  • Submit listing to Multiple Listing Service.

  • Check MLS book bi-weekly to ensure continuity and accuracy of information.

  • Arrange caravan to see new listings following Alex MacWilliam, Inc. REALTORS® sales meeting: 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month for Beach Tour; 2nd and 4th Wednesday for Town and Country Tour

  • Create ad for home to appear in Sunday Press Journal Real Estate section.

  • Create full color ad with photos for the monthly Real Estate Book. This will be done at the associates' cost and discretion.

  • Arrange for ad to appear in the semi-annual Alex MacWilliam, Inc. REALTORS® Homes Magazine.

  • Notify homeowners in immediate neighborhood and subdivision regarding your new listing to promote awareness and interest.

  • Print and distribute a promotional flyer notifying sales associates and potential buyers of any significant changes to your listing or motivation for selling.

  • Schedule an Open House to the public at times convenient for you

MONITORING

  • Follow up with fellow REALTORS® who have shown your home to obtain the reaction of their prospective buyers. Report back to you with their comments.

  • Follow up with prospects met during Open House.

  • Telephone top REALTORS® on a regular basis to remind them of your home's availability.

  • Convince each Brokerage office that your home is the one they should show to buyers.

CONTACT WITH OWNERS

  • Send you samples of all ads submitted to Press Journal, The Real Estate Book and Homes & Land Magazine.

  • Call and/or visit with you frequently and report progress on the sale of your home, response from showings and general market activity.

  • Re-evaluate marketing program as needed in response to changing market place.

PENDING SALE TO CLOSING

  • Coordinate inspections, appraisal, survey, etc. once your home is under contract; report all pertinent information to you.

  • Organize with title company or lawyer all documents and information necessary to close the transaction in a smooth, timely fashion.

  • Maintain constant communication until the tranaction is completed.
