Amie was born in Thailand. Her father is Laotian and her mother is Thai. Her father was a military figure fighting against the communists and much of our early years found them moving from place to place and often hiding from the communists. At the conclusion of the Vietnam War, it was no longer safe to stay in Laos so her family was forced to move back to Thailand and lived there in a refugee camp for 3 years before being sponsored by a church in Elgin II, for immigration as political refugees. In 1978, at the age of 13, her family consisting of her mom and dad and 6 siblings, was fortunate enough to call Elgin II home for 5 years. Amie has been married since 1995 and now has 2 beautiful children. Lindsay is 10 years and attends 4th grade at Rosewood Magnet School. Wesley is 7 and is in 2nd grade. They are members of First United Methodist. Amie's husband Frank E Alexander Jr. owns and operated an Allstate Insurance Agency here in Vero in the Miracle Mile Plaza. Amie and her husband have worked side by side together for 15 years in the insurance business and she is also a licensed insurance agent.    Joe was born in Rome, New York and moved at a young age to Vero Beach with his family.  He attended high school and community colleges in the area and was a past supervisor at Piper Aircraft.  Joe joined Alex MacWilliam, Inc. Randy prepared for his Vero Beach real estate career initially by serving in a variety of leadership positions during his 20 year military career in the rank of lieutenant Colonel. Wendy is a Realtor with varied business background that allows her to be knowledgeable and competent in the Real Estate Profession.  Wendy graduated from Bucknell University and then became a nurse in a cardiac care unit in Massachusetts.  She later became a computer programmer and worked for IBM in both the United States and Switzerland focusing on client services.  While working for 12 years in Switzerland she became fluent in German, Swiss German and French.  Wendy then moved to Vero Beach in 1991 and began living in Grand Harbor.  She obtained a degree in Interior Design Technology from Indian River State College and operated her own interior design company called Design Artistry.

Born in Chicago, and raised in southern California, she met her husband Dick in Boston.  Together they have first-hand expertise in finding and selling homes during his career with General Motors as National General Sales Manager of AC Delco. Relocations took them coast to coast from Massachusetts, to Connecticut, Michigan, California, and New York. Cheryl first visits to Vero Beach were when she was a child growing up in Central Florida and her parents would bring her to enjoy the serene Indian River and the beautiful beaches. "Lundy" as he is known was born in Yekaterinburg, Russia, and came to the United States as a ten year old when he was adopted by Dale and Deborah Lundmark.  Within a few days of his arrival, he entered third grade at Glendale Elementary where he quickly learned to speak, read, and write English.  As a fifth grader, Alex was presented the Principal's Award. Alex went on to become a Vero Beach High School honors graduate where he was in the top ten percent of his class.  Alex was a member of the Golden Indian Society, received a Youth of Character Award from Character Counts, and was a pole vaulter on the VBHS track team.  He received several faculty awards and was recognized by Who's Who among American High School Students and the National Society of High School Scholars. He volunteered with Special Equestrians and did volunteer work in Tecante, Mexico.  He was a member of Boy Scout Troop 551 and is an Eagle Scout.  At Indian River Community College, he was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Society.  Alex graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in business finance.  Alex was formerly assistant manager at Warren Heim Corp. in Ft. She retired after 26 years as Chief Operating Officer with JAMCO Inc., a Miami based manufacturing business, having gained a great deal of knowledge of people and learning to be very detail oriented.  She has two grown children that live in Florida and a funny Maltese named CeeJay.  Brenda has traveled various countries such as Costa Rica, Panama and throughout the Caribbean enjoying the different cultures while she and Jim competed in tournament fishing.  She has been a member at the Jungle Club gym for eight years and has established many long lasting friendships at her favorite classes spin and body pump.

Dale and her husband relocated from Connecticut to Vero Beach in 1970.  They fell in love with the small town charm and beautiful beaches. Their daughter and her husband now reside in Orlando with their three children.

Aven previously worked at our mainland office and after taking some time off has now rejoined us.
